Paul Falworth's Primal Instincts mural hanging at the safari-theme Tahoe home illustrates specific textures and patinas incorporated into his sculptural works via hot blown-glass and patina' ed wrought-copper pieces.

Paul Falworth's Note: I cobbled this mural with about 50 of those removable hard drives graphic designers eat for lunch before the 100Mb cartridge debuted. Photoshop took ages to open. Shot from something analogue on Fuji slides full of vibrant colors during my adventure up the Sepik River of Papua New Guinea.

Abraham, my guide, and I shared that translucent slug we peeled for dinner and then ate raw. The firestorm that night taught me about wildfires in their open swampland and grass valleys. Wall-to-wall fire blew at us from the entire horizon sucked towards us by a wind storm.

The slides were scanned at high res by Linotext of Palo Alto, California. Then sampled prior to outputting on paper prior to canvas availability. Adhered to a laminated wood backing with precious few bubbles. Signed and dated.
