Pumpkins
Paul Falworth Studios pumpkins are sold annually at the Palo Alto Cultural Arts Festival via the Bay Area Glass Institute (BAGI) of San Jose, California. No two are alike. Patinas and colors change under various light sources. If it looks midnight-blue under black light, the pumpkin may have a metal-iridescent shimmer in the sunlight. All pumpkins are kiln fired after a seven-layer painting process, creating patinas similar to parched deserts and rain-swept vistas.
